PA Administration Assistant

Salary: 48K CHF pa, plus discretionary quarterly bonus
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Immediate Start until 20th February 2017
Location: Geneva


This role requires the flexibility to be able to travel to countries worldwide, including Dubai, Israel, Kuwait, Malta, Austria the UK and many more as the business expands.

Your role would be to work directly with the 2 Directors of the Trust company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate note and minute taking at all meetings for Clients, Private banks and Business associates
  • Organising calendars for the directors and ensuring that all meetings are attended on time and that suitable travel arrangements are made to meet these appointments
  • Liaising with Trust officers and the Trust Administrator with all feedback from the meetings and points to action
  • Chasing up all points that need to be actioned and ensuring that all objectives are met on schedule to meet time sensitive deadlines

Skills, experience and qualifications required will include:

  • ENGLISH spoken to mother tongue level
  • ENGLISH written to a perfect standard
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Efficient management of your workload
  • Excellent level of computer literacy
  • Word, Excel, Power point to a high standard
  • Ability to use your initiative
  • Problem solving attitude to all tasks
  • French beneficial
  • Current Swiss, EU or British Passport required
