Working as a primary part of a small team and reporting to the two trust Directors, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a wide variety of trusts and company structures holding different types of assets such as bank accounts, managed portfolio and real estate.

As a key member of the team, you will be expected to effectively contribute to the team’s performance in delivering a client focused service within the framework of Swiss Global Trustees policy and procedures.

This is a varied and dynamic role, which will require a strong level of technical skills, autonomy and flexibly. Strong interpersonal skills, a keen sense of priorities, and an ability to achieve targets are also essential for working in our busy trust team.

Among other things, you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day administration of client entities
  • Take a positive and solution orientated approach on trust matters
  • Attend meetings with new and existing clients
  • Build and develop relationships with external professional advisers, trust company agents and external investment advisers
  • Manage and train the trust staff



  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or Tax
  • Fully STEP qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience within the trust industry
  • Experience in advising international clients
  • Very strong trust/company administration skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Perfectly fluent in English, with other languages an asset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure in stressful situations in the face of heavy workload
  • Flexible attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently but also to lead and train a small team of administrators
  • Hands on approach
  • Resourceful and willing to put the hours in
